This e-learning self-paced course is aimed at beginners who are needing to perform basic administration workflows. Users will learn how to add new patients, manage appointments, and create invoices for private patients, Medicare/DVA, and Workcover accounts. We’ll also be providing training in account management workflows so users understand how to adjust and reverse invoices and payments.
