Bp Premier Virtual Training Course - Medical Reception Essentials
Description
This course is aimed at beginners who are needing to perform basic administration workflows. Users will learn how to add new patients, manage appointments, and create invoices for private patients, Medicare/DVA, and Workcover accounts. We’ll also be providing training in account management workflows so users understand how to adjust and reverse invoices and payments.
In addition, we’ll provide full training in the end of day processes for receptionists. This includes the Online Claiming module to send Medicare & DVA accounts online, receipting online claims, and processing common exceptions. Users will also be shown which reports are best for bank reconciliations so all accounts can be finalised.
The course will be conducted using the latest version of Bp Premier.
