This session will focus on the features in Bp Premier you need to be across if your practice is in the process of moving from mostly direct billing to a mixed billing model with private fees, and how to communicate those fee changes to affected patients.
We’ll also talk about the surrounding issues involved including some of the mixed billing models or scenarios that our practices are starting to adopt, and some ideas on managing your patients’ behaviour around paying fees, particularly for practices that were bulk bill only.
