Join one of our skilled training specialists in this classroom style training and let us guide you through the reception fundamentals for Bp Premier.

The course will cover the essentials required by the reception team during the day-to day operations of a practice including booking appointments, maintaining patient demographics and billing.

We’ll touch on using the SMS reminders function and useful tools the team can utilise to help improve efficiency and daily procedures.

You will learn the different billing workflows for Private and Medicare/DVA accounts, including the reconciliation process for all things Medicare related. 

We will look at how look at how financial activities are captured with a focus on how account adjustments, cancellations and write offs are managed.  Lastly, we will review the end-of-day process and the reports the team can use to finalise the day.

The course is run in the Orchid version of our software.
