Payment Terms
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and cleared. If your payment is not processed within 7 working days of your registration being completed, your registration will be cancelled.
Bank transfers take up to 3 days to clear. To ensure that your registration is guaranteed we recommend paying by Credit Card.
Please note, we do not accept cheques as a form of payment.
Cancellation, Transfers, and Registrant Change Policies
Cancellations by Registrants
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to course start date: 80% refund
- Cancellations made less than 90 days out from the event will forfeit their registration fee (unless the registration can be transferred to another delegate nominated by registrant)
Registrant change
- You can change the registrant to another person if this change is made within 14 days of the event occurring by contacting training@bpsoftware.net. Please note, we cannot guarantee which courses will be available if the new registrant wishes to change the currently enrolled courses.
Course Cancellation by Best Practice
- Your fee will be refunded in full if your course is cancelled by us due to unexpected circumstances.

Cancellation, Transfers, and Registrant Change Policies
Cancellation by Registrants
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to course start date: 90% refund
- Cancellations within 6-3 days of course start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 2 days of course start date or after course has started: No refund.
Changing Courses and Registrants
- You can change the course you are registered for 3 days or more prior to the course start date, providing a place is available. You will be charged or refunded any difference in the course price.
- You can transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the course.
- We cannot accept course or registrant transfers after virtual training sessions are completed.
Cancellation by Best Practice Software
- Your fee will be refunded in full if your course is cancelled by us. OR Your fee will be refunded in full in the rare/uncommon event a course is cancelled by us.
